Stage 4 of 6

Our team reviews your documents

Each document is checked individually, and you can follow its status in My applications.

  • Approved: the document is correct
  • Rejected: you receive the reason and upload only that document again

The most common reasons for rejection are cropped or glared images, proof of address older than 3 months and unsigned letters.

You receive: the review outcome: items to correct or documents approved.

Stage 5 of 6

Take the examinations

Examinations take place at the Virtual Campus. Once your documents are approved, our team will inform you of the dates and instructions.

Foreign language: you take one of the examinations

English or Spanish
  • Scores range from 0 to 10, and each examination has a minimum score
  • If your score falls below the minimum, you retake the examination. Every attempt is recorded
  • In the language examination, passing one of the two is sufficient, according to your choice

Important notes

  • Applicants may not use electronic dictionaries. Only printed dictionaries are permitted.
  • Applicants may only use a ballpoint pen with permanent blue or black ink as writing material.
  • Answers are recorded on a dedicated answer sheet provided at the time of the examination. Scratch paper is also provided.
  • The use of correction fluid is not permitted.
  • The use of electronic devices is not permitted.

You receive: an email for each result, with your score and the minimum score.

Stage 6 of 6

You have been approved

Once you pass every required examination, your application is approved automatically. This is the final stage of the selection process.

Our team will contact you with instructions for enrolling at the institution. Keep an eye on the email and mobile number you provided.

You receive: a congratulatory message on your approval in the selection process.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

May I submit more than one application?

No. Each CPF may hold one application. If the website reports that an application already exists for your CPF, go to My applications to follow it.

I paid by PIX and the screen has not confirmed yet. What should I do?

Confirmation usually takes a few seconds. Stay on the screen; the receipt is also sent by email.

My bank declined my card.

Try another card or pay by PIX. The security check is carried out by your bank, which sometimes requests confirmation in its app.

My file is larger than 10 MB.

Large photos are reduced automatically before upload. For PDFs, scan at a lower resolution (150 to 200 dpi) or use a PDF compressor and upload again.

My connection dropped during the upload.

Everything already uploaded remains saved. Sign in again and continue from the document where you stopped.

The link in the email no longer works.

The access link is valid for 7 days. After that, sign in to My applications with your CPF and date of birth.

I scored below the minimum. Have I lost my place?

No. You retake the examination, and every attempt is recorded. Our team will tell you how and when to make the new attempt.

Do I need to take both the English and the Spanish examination?

No. Passing one of them is sufficient, according to your choice. Once you pass one, the other is no longer required.

May I use a dictionary during the examination?

Yes, a conventional printed dictionary. Electronic dictionaries and any electronic devices are not permitted.

For questions about documentation or proficiency, please consult the help center or the program information.
